VMware vCloud Director: Tenant Operations [v10.x]
In this five-day course, you focus on configuring and managing VMware vCloud Director® for Service Providers 10.x Tenant Operations. You learn about self-service provisioning, creating virtual data center networks, vApps and related networks, catalog services including pre-built virtual machines (VMs), and on-demand VMware NSX® networks.
The course covers the integration of VMware vCloud Director® with VMware vRealize® Orchestrator™ and the use of VMware vCloud® Availability. You learn how to manage multi-site and cross-VDC networking for vCloud Director. You also learn how to use the Central Point of Management (CPOM) to define a software-defined datacenter (SDDC) for vCloud Director tenant users. The course also demonstrates how to monitor various vCloud Director objects using VMware vRealize® Operations Manager™.
The course includes educational laboratories in which each student will be able to work in order to complete training exercises that will provide practical experience in using the instrument, for each of the topics covered during the course.
