We Train Our Future Trainers And Consultants At No Cost

Desotech evolves in the constant need to expand its staff through the recruitment of personnel dedicated to training and consultancy in the Cloud-Native field.

Given our high quality standards, there are a select few that we consider suitable to integrate into our team of teachers and consultants.

We are aware that Cloud-Native technologies are relatively recent and that, in our Italy, there is a shortage of qualified personnel; therefore, we do not mind admitting that we find it difficult to find teachers and consultants who live up to our expectations.

Why are we so selective?

We are proudly selective. We are because it is the only way to offer our students and the companies that rely on Desotech the training and guidance they deserve.

Therefore, not finding staff trained according to our standards, and having the need to expand our team due to the incessant requests of a constantly growing clientele, we decided it was appropriate to launch the Desotech Academy.

About the Desotech Academy?

Desotech Academy is our training project that will give 10 candidates the opportunity to receive certified training on the most requested Cloud-Native technologies on today’s market (Kubernetes, SUSE, VMware, HashiCorp and AWS to name a few).

It is a complete and extensive training, held by our qualified instructors, which would cost around €40,000 for each participant and which we have decided to offer free of charge to the 10 candidates we deem most suitable for participation.

The training of the Academy will take place at the Desotech offices in Altamura, will last 3 months and provides for reimbursement of expenses.

Whatever happens, it will be a success!

The topics covered during the training course will allow candidates to interface with the world of work with a portfolio of skills and official certifications that are highly requested by companies that make digitization and the cloud their core.

At the end of the training process we will select those we deem most suitable to be part of our team. Desotech assigns job positions exclusively according to the principle of meritocracy. If we believe all 10 candidates are worthy of working with us, we will be more than happy to expand the onboarding process to all 10 Academy students.

Diploma of a technical institute
